TCB Annual Picnic & General Meeting 2007

Every year, the Tibetan Community in Britain (TCB) holds its annual picnic and Annual General Meeting (AGM), attended by members and Tibet supporters to promote harmony and strengthen the activities of the organisation. The picnic is organised as a non-profit event and all charges levied by the Tibetan Community are made to cover the costs incurred during the period.

TCB Supporters and Friends of Tibet are most welcome to the picnic.

This time, our annual event will be held at the Pestalozzi Village from Saturday 26 May to Monday 28 May 2007 midday.

(off the A21, approx. 7 miles from Hastings)

The nearest train stations are either Battle (3 miles from Pestalozzi) or Hastings

The picnic site will be located at the top end where we camped last year.

The charges for the picnic for whole weekends are as follows:

£15 for those who pay TCB membership fees

£20 for those who do not pay TCB membership fees

Children under 10 free

Charges for those who join us for shorter periods:

£6 per day for those who pay TCB membership fees

£8 per day for those who do not pay TCB membership fees

Note: There will be various activities & entertainment games, including special activities for children and film/documentary screening organised by the Tibetan Community in Britain

Rooms will be allocated on the first come first serve basis, which is charged by the Pestalozzi Village and not the TCB.
